Available Now products purchased via the Available Now page are in stock and ready for dispatch the next day. If you would like to use our personalised service and have the wooden shoebox engraved with a message, this will default to the standard delivery timeframe.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during delivery, please report this within 2 days of receipt by emailing email@example.com. Deliveries should be checked upon arrival and any damages to packaging should be reported to the delivery driver.
